Whether or not you are a horse owner, Magee Manor Farm offers many different lessons to fit your needs. Students are taught to be safe and confident riders. They will not only learn how to ride but the fundamentals of horse care. We offer lessons to boarders as well as the general public. Lessons are offered to riders of all ages and abilities. Whether you want to be a weekend rider or a competitor, we will work with you to meet your individual needs.
We offer tiny tot lessons from ages 5-12 who are interested in horseback riding or horse care. This is a fantastic was for kids to explore the wonders of horses. Your child will not only learn how to ride, but also will be taught proper horse care.
Private lessons are a great way for a rider at any level to tailor their instruction to their specific needs. This is an opportunity to advance there riding and horsemanship skills.
This is our most popular option as you can get individualized instruction while also working with another rider.
Magee Manor Farm also offers training for your animal. Our training program is built to meet the needs of not only the horse but the owner’s goals as well. We train green horses all the way thru, including re-tuning. We offer full training which includes boarding as well as a 5 day a week riding program.
– this is a great option for owners who are dealing with a particular behavioral issue of communication issue but does not feel like there horse needs full time training. These sessions are one on one with the horse.
Stephanie Magee Muha provides the training and instruction at Magee Manor Farm. Stephanie has an extensive background in training, showing hunter/jumpers as well as dressage.
